Classy and clean place with a great lobby. I was greeted by an accommodating receptionist who made the stay a really good experience. The location was unbeatable, close to All Angel's Church.

we loved almost every detail: fab location, fantastic friendly staff. generally everything was very clean, nevertheless the bathroom was rust. we tried good coffee, yoghourt, hot waffles, biscuits and fresh fruit for continental breakfast.

I enjoyed the absolutely brilliant staff and the fantastic food. A lot of food options close to the venue. The building itself was very big with a small garden.

Great pool, characterful property. English bar was fantastic. The staff was well experienced, thoughtful service. Spent time by the pool, especially when it was lovely outside. Had no problem using their convenient parking, the internet was stable...

Incredibly convenient location, hospitable service - overall fantastic. Splendid view, a large balcony, nice bed, too. I really enjoyed terrace, satellite TV and climate control. Cigar bar and excellent pool.

Good location next door to 79th Street metro station. Enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant Nice Matin, no need to go somewhere else. Staff was absolutely pleasant. It deserves its 4 stars.

Comfortable beds. Some staff members were FRIENDLY. We greatly enjoyed lucerne. Excellent home base for a vacation in New York City.

location adjacent to upper west side and easy access to times square. we enjoyed it. train station 72nd street subway was nearby, only 10 minutes away on foot.
